mediations in palm beach, broward, martin,
and other southeastern florida counties
Brian has been mediating in South Florida for over eighteen years. He has helped lawyers and parties resolve thousands of disputes, including those involving medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, homeowner property claims disputes, motor vehicle accidents, business disputes, condominium and homeowners associations, construction cases, domestic matters, eminent domain, and many others.
Before becoming a mediator, Brian had an extensive litigation practice, including both plaintiff and defense work. As a plaintiff’s counsel, he tried a case resulting in the largest verdict ever in his jurisdiction. He then served for seven years as a Domestic Relations Commissioner with responsibility for all divorce and child custody matters in his jurisdiction.
Upon stepping down from that position, he moved to Florida and began mediating.
